6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service contract. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or credit at no additional cost.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevWave and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevWave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law
